Grow ecommerce ROAS and purchase volume while scaling spend. Diversify sales campaigns by implementing a Catalog campaign within Meta to serve relevant products to current customers and potential users when they are most likely to convert, based on interest or previously engaging with a product in Meta or on brand.com
Strategy and implementation
- Audit event tracking and implement API to optimize towards accurate first-party data,
- Create and implement product catalog, optimized for Meta
- Launched Advantage+ campaign with product-category and all-product ads with a large mix to optimize towards top performers and prevent fatigue
- Launched Advantave+ campaign alongside the BAU traditional sales campaign, allowing to segment catalog from images, and for more control over audiences in the traditional campaign
- Drove retargeting within advantage by engaging with past customers and site visitors based on the products they’ve viewed or purchased
- Clearly defined audience segment funnel in audience definitions within Advertiser Settings, thanks to accurate event tracking through API
- Develop 1st-party audiences like Abandoned Carts, Initiate Checkout, and Add to Cart to ensure accurate targeting in Advantage+ campaigns
