Rony Mirzaians
With over 12 years of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development experience Rony has spent the last 7 years building and developing online marketing campaigns for national companies as well as SMB’s. Working as a consultant and later co-founding Softline Solutions Rony’s experience in Search Engine Marketing, Brand Management, and Consulting have allowed him to grow the business with the help of his awesome team.
Jonathan Johnson
My name is Jonathan Johnson. I am a 25 years old and have been working in the internet marketing industry for close to 2 years now, which is about 10 online years. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where I was on a full athletic scholarship for the Sun Devils and received All-PAC 10 honors 2 years in a row. Since graduating I have been heavily involved with mortgage lending and online marketing, shifting my skill set more towards online marketing in recent years. At Softline Solutions I am the Senior Search Engine Optimization Manager and handle the daily workload for all of our enterprise clients. Working for Softline Solutions has been a great learning experience for myself as I can continue educating myself on new trends in the online field and applying them towards our clients. Some of my favorite things to do outside of work are surfing, bodyboarding, playing football, private punting lessons and the occasional video game.
Blake Arnold
Blake Arnold brings years of sales, marketing and management experience having worked with companies like GK Films, World Airports (who owns LAX) and Reelz Channel as a technology consultant. Now the Business Development Manager here at Softline Solutions and the Guru marketing group it’s his mission to aid small and medium sized businesses to successfully grow their business. Promoting the tenants of open communication and superior customer service, you’ll find that like the other employees here at Softline, he’s here as much for you as he is for himself.
Frank Perez
My Name is Frank Perez and I’m a 22 Year old Texas transplant living in Los Angeles. I’ve been using Google search since it was first introduced in the late 1990’s and I probably haven’t stop since. When I first joined the Softline Team I started doing sales. I was so fascinated with how things worked that I wanted to learn as much as I could. After Several months of learning the in and outs of Google Maps I joined the Tech Department. Since then my main job is getting Local Businesses ranked on the first page ( Google Maps section ). My favorite thing about Online Marketing is there’s always something new to learn and different obstacles to cross so there’s never a dull day.

My name is Garegin (Gary) Baghdasaryan. I am 19 years old and currently attending University of Phoenix. I have been working at Softline Solutions (Guru Marketing Group) for two and a half years. I am the PPC specialist and I also create landing pages and do Google maps optimizations for clients trying to get visibility on Google locally. My goals in life are to finish school with a masters degree and later on to have a great career .

Hi my name is Lilit. I’m 20 years old. Currently I’m enrolled in Glendale Community College and planning to transfer to USC Marshall School of Business next year. Randy Silver
Randy Silver has been in Sales for over 15 years. He spent over 10 years in the auto industry and his experience dovetails nicely with a lot of the auto related businesses that softline and the guru market group works with. He brings enthusiasm and many varied interests to his work at softline. In his off hours he plays piano, loves to read and dreams of being a jeopardy contestant so he can win enough money to stay at home be a father and write for a living.

Linda Garcia
With over twelve years experience in Customer Advocacy, Sales and Office Management, Linda is a college graduate and also certified in Quickbooks. Linda is passionate about providing customers with the Ultimate Customer Service Experience and diligently works hard to make sure billing and service requests are promptly handled. We are always striving to make sure the office communication between departments is finely tuned, and she is here to assist in implementating changes that will always benefit the customer by making sure our team members are cross trained and able to accomodate the customer in every fashion , shape and form.
Melissa Rostamian
My name is Melissa Rostamian, I am a 32 years old and have been working at Softline Solutions for about 4 months. My title at Softline Solutions is Office Manager; I have over 11 years of management experience. I attended Glendale Community College for over 2 years and received my AA Degree in General Studies, Currently I am attending at the University of Phoenix, I will be graduating from UOP next year and will be receiving a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance. After I receive my Bachelors Degree I will be enrolled in the MBA program. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, my hobbies include dancing and swimming. I love music and enjoy listening to all types of music. Internet Marketing is something new to me as far as working for Softline Solutions, but I look forward to learning new things everyday and getting better educated in the Online Marketing field.
